The owner, coaches, and staff of So Cal TTC sincerely thank you for all you have done to support the gym and to keep our So Cal family safe. The health and growth of our young athletes is our top priority. During this time of so many unknowns we appreciate your faith in us and our programs. Thank you for continuing to keep health and safety as top priorities so we can continue our priority of growing strong and happy athletes! LOBBY VIEWING Please drop off your student if possible. If you wish to watch please limit lobby viewing to one adult per family. No siblings or friends please. Masks must be worn at all times while in the building except for participating athletes. NO FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE AT THIS TIME EXCEPT FOR WATER IN CLOSABLE CONTAINERS. We ask that you finish your Starbucks or other drinks or snacks before entering. Thank you! WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS All students should bring socks or trampoline shoes to every class, including Cheer Tumble. Cheer shoes may be worn in Cheer Tumble class as long as they are clean. Please do not wear your cheer shoes outside. They should be brought in your bag and put on when class starts. If they have been worn outside you will be asked to clean them with a sanitizing wipe. Every student should have a sealable water bottle. Our drinking fountain is closed, but the bottle filler is available. Team students who use chalk should bring their own in a tightly closing container or bag. Please do not share. Students are welcome to bring their own hand sanitizer. ABSENCES If you know your athlete will not be able to attend a class let us know right away. We would love to use the spot to accommodate makeup requests. Thank you. MAKEUP CLASSES Makeup classes are now available for currently enrolled class students. Email the gym to schedule your makeup class. Makeups are no available in the Customer Portal, and are currently limited to one per week per student to ensure all families can be accommodated. Classes missed from March through December are eligible for a makeup until our winter holiday break. NEW CLASSES COMING SOON Watch our Customer Portal for new classes! We will be adding more classes for Cheer Tumble 7+ and 11+, Recreational Gym/Tramp 5-7 and 8+, and Advanced Rec in the next several weeks. LOST AND FOUND Please check the lost and found, located behind the while cabinets in the lobby, each day. Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded monthly. HOMESCHOOL STUDENTS WITH FUNDS Inspire Schools and others are once again offering Purchase Orders and Enrichment Certificates for in-person physical education services. So Cal TTC School Year Camp is back! Next week’s camp will meet from 1pm-4pm daily, Monday through Friday. This is an activity camp, similar to our Summer Camp. It is a perfect way to help your online learners burn off extra energy with friends in a safe environment after a long day of virtual school. Camp is available by the day or by the week. Non-members are welcome. Reserve your spot today in our Customer Portal! Don’t forget to tell your friends! LOST AND FOUND Due to the holiday we will leave lost and found displayed through Monday, 9/14. Don’t forget to claim your items. Leftovers will be donated/discarded at close of business on 9/14. Monday class students will receive a makeup credit which will be valid until our winter break in December, as long as the student is still actively enrolled. SO CAL ACRO / SO CAL T&T TEAM TRAINING LEOTARDS Your coach will have information and order sheets by this time next week for the girl’s training leotard and men’s training step in and shorts. All team athletes are expected to have this training attire as it will be required in the gym on specific days and for training days at competitions. Acro teams will also have the opportunity to purchase matching GK leotards through the gym for your duo/trio/group at a discount based on current availability. PREVIOUS REMINDERS
